Our New and Renewing Patient Guidelines

• Patients under the age of 18 years old will not be eligible for appointments at our clinic.

• New patients aged 18-31 will need to provide their medical records during their initial appointment.

• Renewing patients who previously held a Colorado Medical Marijuana Card are not required to provide medical records for their renewal.
