MMJ Card Pre-Check

To obtain a medical marijuana card in Colorado, you need to:

• Be a Colorado resident with a valid social security number and state-issued ID
• Be 18 years of age or older (Patients under the age of 18 years old will not be eligible for appointments at our clinic)

Have one or more of the following qualifying medical conditions:

• Cancer
• Glaucoma
• HIV or AIDS
• Weakness and Wasting of The Body Due to Severe Chronic Illness
• Persistent Muscle Spasms
• Seizures
• Severe Nausea
• Severe Pain
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
