Residency Requirements


Adults

In order to qualify for a medical marijuana card you should meet the following criteria:

  • Reside in Colorado
  • Be 18 years of age or older (Patients under the age of 18 years old will not be eligible for appointments at our clinic)
  • Experience a medically qualifying condition such as mentioned above


Minors

Minors can obtain a medical marijuana card if:

  • Both the minor and their primary parent are Colorado residents
  • The minor has a medically qualifying condition


It's important to note that all minor patients are required to consult with two providers and submit two provider certifications
